Job description
Bob Evans Restaurants is seeking a Director of Operations to drive the performance of 8–12 restaurants in the Beloit area. You will lead restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, local marketing initiatives, recruiting and coaching managers, and build sales and profitability while upholding standards.
The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in multi-unit leadership in family or casual dining, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a proven ability to develop teams, manage P&L, and ensure compliance
