Multi-Unit Supervisor | High-Growth QSR BrandLocation: South Central Pennsylvania / surrounding marketsCompensation: $80K - $120K + Bonus + BenefitsAbout the Opportunity:We're partnering with a fast-growing, high-performing QSR franchise group operating multiple locations across the Northeast. This organization is known for its people-first culture, operational excellence, and strong leadership team, with a clear focus on growth, development, and performance.This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Multi-Unit Leader to step into a high-impact role overseeing multiple locations and directly influencing the success of the business.The Role:As a Multi-Unit Supervisor, you'll take ownership of several restaurant locations, leading operations, developing talent, and driving financial performance. You'll work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in building a strong, scalable operation.What You'll Do:Lead and support multiple restaurant locations across South Central Pennsylvania / surrounding marketsDrive operational excellence and execution of brand standardsOwn and improve key performance metrics (speed, service, guest satisfaction, etc.)Coach, develop, and elevate General Managers and leadership teamsManage full P&L performance including labor, food cost, and controllablesIdentify opportunities for growth and implement strategic improvementsEnsure best-in-class guest experience across all locationsWhat We're Looking For:Multi-unit leadership experience within QSR or high-volume restaurant environmentsStrong operational background with a hands-on leadership styleProven ability to drive results through people and performanceSolid financial acumen and experience managing P&LsPassion for team development and building strong culturesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environmentPrior or current McDonalds Experience a must haveWhy This Role:Join a growing, well-backed organization with expansion plansStrong leadership team with clear vision and supportOpportunity to make a direct impact across multiple locationsCompetitive compensation + bonus structureClear path for growth into higher-level leadership rolesIf you're a results-driven operator ready to take the next step in your career and lead from the front, we'd love to connect.
