MultiCraft Maintenance Technician - Night Shift
Earn $85K-$100K+ | $5,000 SignOn Bonus | Real Troubleshooting
If you're the tech people call when hydraulics blow a seal, a pump starts screaming, or a gearbox decides to die at 2 a.m., this is your shift.
We're hiring a MultiCraft Maintenance Technician for our steel pickling & slitting operation. This is a nightshift role built for highskill troubleshooters who want fewer interruptions, and the kind of overtime structure that pushes earnings into sixfigure territory.
Training is completed on day shift before moving to nights (6:00pm-6:00am, 24/7 biweekly rotation).
Why Nightshift Techs Choose This Role
Annual earning potential: mid$80Ks to low$100Ks
$5,000 sign on bonus
Quarterly incentives + attendance bonuses
Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting Day 1
401(k): 3% company contribution + 2% match
Overtime: time and a half after 40 hours, double time after 48
$180 annual boot allowance
11 paid holidays + paid vacation
Ongoing training and education assistance
This is a shift where your skill actually shows - and pays.
Why Night Shift Works for Skilled Techs
Night shift is where the real work happens.
Fewer interruptions - more time to actually fix things
Higher earning potential
Smaller crew - your skill matters more
A steady 24/7 operation where maintenance is always active and supported

If you like being the person who keeps the plant alive overnight, this is your environment.
