Job description
BJC HealthCare is seeking a skilled nurse to join our Multidisciplinary ICU in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you’ll provide evidence-based critical care to complex adult patients within a collaborative, high-acuity environment. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, ventilator and hemodynamic management, titration of IV drips, and coordination with intensivists and allied disciplines. You’ll precept, participate in quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to a culture grounded in compassion, clinical excellence, equity, and continuous learning across our mission-driven health system.
