Job description
Trueline is seeking a Development Manager / Owner's Representative in Rochester, NY to lead multifamily projects from feasibility through turnover. You will coordinate architects, engineers, and contractors, manage budgets and schedules, and align outcomes with ownership's investment goals.
This role requires 7+ years in multifamily development or owner representation, strong constructability and cost-control skills, and the ability to work onsite with local travel.
