Job description
RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Sarasota, FL to lead the on-site maintenance team, manage budgets, and ensure safe, efficient operations at RPM communities. You will mentor technicians, coordinate repairs, and drive cost-saving initiatives while staying within approved budgets.
The role requires prior multifamily maintenance and supervisory experience, EPA certification, and a focus on safety, quality, and resident satisfaction. On-site work with flexible hours is expected.
