Job description
Stoa Group in Baton Rouge is seeking a full-time Resident Experience Manager to lead leasing, sales and guest services, acting as the right hand to the Community Manager. You will supervise the office team, guide processes, and drive resident satisfaction.
You will build relationships with current and prospective residents, manage records and transactions, and coordinate community events with the marketing team to showcase our properties and maintain curb appeal.
