Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.Basic QualificationsExperience in manufacturing & electronics testingResponsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.Experience working with cross functional groups.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.Desired Skills3 or more years of experience leading teams in an aerospace manufacturing environment.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and cost reduction strategies.Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive team performance.Knowledge of business metrics and performance tracking.Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and compliance requirements.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $ - $ At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
