Our team is made up of people of 112 nationalities and 78% of them are women.We are looking for a MULTIFUNCTIONAL STOCK ASSOCIATE to join our team at our upcoming MANGO store located at the CambridgeSide Galleria in Cambridge, Massachusetts, opening in 2024!If you like working in retail, sharing responsibility, developing both professionally and personally, and want to grow in a dynamic fashion retail company in full expansion, then this is your opportunity!You will carry out the reception and control of merchandise and its storage in the stockroom, in addition to store replenishment according to company procedures, in order to ensure the store has the right product at the right time.Key Responsibilities:To deal with deliveries on a daily basis, maintaining order and tidiness, avoiding damage and preventing stock lossTo receive, confirm, open boxes and organize merchandise every day in an optimal and systematic manner according to stockroom guidelinesTo perform daily replenishment on a continual basisTo organize and allocate the merchandise received according to stockroom guidelinesTo provide support to your colleagues in the store floor, helping with replenishment and making additional orders when necessaryTo be able to deal with individual store requests quickly and efficientlyTo reorganize stockroom space in an optimal manner according to store needs:To be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy stockroomTo collaborate in preparing all the material required to perform the store changesRequirements:Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a retail sales environmentCustomer service orientedIndependent work ethic, time management skillsSelf-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a teamHigh energy, enthusiastic, passionate and upbeat attitudeFosters genuine connection through compassion, empathy, integrity and building trusting relationshipsStrong communication skillsAbility to adapt – energy and speedComputer skills to operate point of sale system is a plusWhat makes us special?As a member of the Mango team, you'll get a 40% discount on all our lines, so that you'll always be wearing the latest!Insurance Benefit: You only pay a % of the value!401(K) Pension PlanHolidays + Wellness DaysVacation DaysCommuter BenefitsBonus and/or Commission paid monthlyAt Mango, we invest in your personal and professional development.
