MULTIFUNCTIONAL STOCK ASSOCIATEFor our upcoming MANGO store located at Houston Galleria in Houston, TX we are currently recruiting a MULTIFUNCTIONAL STOCK ASSOCIATE to join our team, opening in 2024! If you like working in retail, sharing responsibility, developing both professionally and personally, and wants to grow in a dynamic fashion retail company in full expansion, then this is your opportunity! You will carry out the reception and control of merchandise and its storage in the stockroom, in addition to store replenishment according to company procedures, in order to ensure the store has the right product at the right time.Key ResponsibilitiesTo deal with deliveries on a daily basis, maintaining order and tidiness, avoiding damage and preventing stock lossTo receive, confirm, open boxes and organize merchandise every day in an optimal and systematic manner according to stockroom guidelinesTo perform daily replenishment on a continual basisTo organize and allocate the merchandise received according to stockroom guidelinesTo provide support to your colleagues in the store floor, helping with replenishment and making additional orders when necessaryTo be able to deal with individual store requests quickly and efficientlyTo reorganize stockroom space in an optimal manner according to store needsTo be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy stockroomTo collaborate in preparing all the material required to perform the store changesRequirementsPreferred 1+ years prior work experience in a retail sales environmentCustomer service orientedIndependent work ethic, time management skillsSelf-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a teamHigh energy, enthusiastic, passionate and upbeat attitudeFosters genuine connection through compassion, empathy, integrity and building trusting relationshipsStrong communication skillsAbility to adapt – energy and speedComputer skills to operate point of sale system is a plusWhat makes us special?Discount on all our lines (Woman, Man, Kids, Teen & Home)Uniform per seasonInsurance Benefit: You only pay a % of the value (If you work 30+ hours per week you are eligible!)Holidays + Floating HolidaysCommission paid monthlyOpportunities for constant development to other positions within the International Retail structure or Headquarters in Barcelona with varied challenges that generate learning on the job.You will be part of a leading company in the fashion industry, dynamic and in full innovationClose, inspiring and ambitious work environmentWe like you!
