Whether you come from boats, carpentry, trades, or simply enjoy building and problem-solving, you'll have the opportunity to grow into the craft of boatbuilding from the ground up.Experience with lamination, infusion, composites, or other marine manufacturing processes is a plus, but not required — we will train the right people!This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable:Being on their feet for most of the dayClimbing in and out of boats and working in tight spacesUsing hand tools and power tools safely and effectivelyPerforming physical tasks as part of daily production workAt Freeman Boatworks, you'll be part of a team that takes pride in every detail.
