Job description
Coplin Health Systems is seeking a Clinical Care Director to lead day-to-day nursing and CMA operations across primary care and pediatric sites in West Virginia. The role partners with CQO and leaders to improve access, continuity, patient experience, and outcomes within value-based care models.
The ideal candidate will have a registered nurse license, 5+ years in ambulatory care, and experience leading clinical teams across multiple sites.
