Job description
EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking a seasoned facilities professional to act as the primary on-site point of accountability across two locations. You will leverage hands-on HVAC expertise and strong vendor management to ensure safe, reliable building operations while delivering exceptional service.
The role requires 7–10 years of facilities maintenance experience, knowledge of BAS and CMMS, and ability to coordinate complex service efforts with third-party providers in regulated environments.
