Job description
CommuniCare Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the in-house rehab team at Sellersburg Healthcare Center in Sellersburg, Indiana. This full-time position focuses on direct patient therapy, care planning, and collaborative care with the interdisciplinary team.
You will evaluate residents, develop and supervise plans of care, lead staff education, and participate in family training while providing supervision for PTAs.
