Town of Mooresville is seeking a Chief of Budget & Purchasing to lead the annual budget cycle and procurement operations for a growing North Carolina town. You will collaborate with department leaders and Finance to ensure sound financial planning, policy compliance, and transparent reporting.
The role requires strong analytical abilities, supervisory experience, and a deep understanding of municipal finance and state statutes. A master’s degree and professional certifications are a plus.
