Job description
Colliers Engineering & Design's Governmental/Municipal team in the Philadelphia metro area is seeking a Department Manager to lead civil/municipal engineering efforts, drive growth, and ensure project quality and profitability.
You will supervise staff, manage budgets and backlogs, develop client relationships, pursue new business, and collaborate with marketing to win proposals. A P.E. license and 10+ years of relevant experience are required.
