Facilities Maintenance TechnicianStarting Hourly Rate: $21.43After hire, pay increases are dependent on length of service, advancement in the position, and other contractual factors.This position is represented by the AFSCME union. For more information, reference the AFSCME collective bargaining agreement: Collective Bargaining AgreementsSchedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30am-3pm. The work requires a range of competencies in a variety of areas such as plumbing, electrical, welding, HVAC, painting, carpentry, grounds maintenance, equipment and routine vehicle maintenance.
