Job description
City of Midland is seeking a Finance leadership professional to supervise cash management, investments, and debt service for the City. This role acts as Chief Investment Officer, coordinating with external brokers and the banking community to ensure safe, compliant handling of public funds.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/investments, with CPA or master’s preferred, plus municipal accounting/investment and supervisory experience.
