Music Adjunct (2027 Academic Year)
Germanna Community College invites applications for a part-time adjunct faculty member in Music. Adjunct faculty members are responsible for effectively planning and teaching courses in Music. Instruction will occur online and in a classroom environment. The successful candidate will be able to successfully instruct and assist students with a variety of academic backgrounds and experiences.
This wide salary range reflects the diverse faculty ranks within the Virginia Community College System (VCCS). Final salary determination and placement within this range are based on the candidate's academic credentials and occupational experience as evaluated via the VCCS-10 process.

Teaching assignments are determined by student enrollment and staffing needs, and adjunct appointments do not guarantee continued employment.
The selected candidate's offer is contingent upon the successful completion of an extensive criminal background investigation, which may include: fingerprint checks, local agency checks, employment verification, verification of education, credit checks (relevant to employment), and other checks requested by the VCCS such as I-9 and E-Verify requirements.
