Job description
EMPIRE is seeking a Director, Legal & Business Affairs in downtown San Francisco to lead legal support for recorded music and publishing. You will draft and negotiate a broad range of music agreements, and counsel internal teams on deal structure, rights, and compliance.
The role reports to the Executive VP of Business & Legal Affairs and requires a JD, legal licensure, and San Francisco residency or relocation readiness. A bilingual mindset and strong confidentiality are valued assets.
