Job description
The Araca Group is seeking a General Manager for the UMusic Shop at Madison Square Garden, NYC. You will lead a store team, drive experiential retail, and partner with multiple stakeholders to deliver memorable fan experiences.
Reporting to the VP of Customer Experience, you will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and brand standards while optimizing sales performance and customer service in a high-visibility environment.
