Mystery Shopper
nPay Rate: $18.00/hour + mileage reimbursement
nShift: 1st Shift / Daytime Hours

nJob Summary
nWe are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Mystery Shoppers to conduct in-person evaluations at retail locations. This position involves traveling to assigned department stores, gas stations, grocery stores, and other retail locations to evaluate customer service, store conditions, compliance, and the overall customer experience.
nKey Responsibilities
nnTravel to assigned retail locations to complete mystery shopping evaluations
nVisit department stores, gas stations, grocery stores, and other assigned locations
nObserve and evaluate customer service, store conditions, procedures, and compliance
nAccurately document observations and interactions
nComplete detailed evaluation reports within required deadlines
nFollow all assignment instructions and evaluation guidelines
nMaintain confidentiality and professionalism while conducting assignments
nCommunicate any issues or concerns related to an assignment
nTravel up to 250 miles, depending on assignment requirements
n nQualifications
nnReliable transportation and willingness to travel
nStrong attention to detail and observation skills
nExcellent written communication skills
nAbility to follow detailed instructions
nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
nReliable and able to meet assignment deadlines
nProfessional demeanor and discretion
nComfortable using a computer or mobile device to complete reports
nPrevious mystery shopping, retail, customer service, auditing, or field inspection experience is helpful but not required

nnIndependent, field-based position
nFrequent local and regional travel
nDaytime/1st shift assignments based on business needs
nAssignments may require travel to multiple retail locations
nMileage reimbursement provided for qualifying travel
