Job description
Starr invites applications for the North America Head of Property UAs to lead underwriting support across the region. This role reports to the Property COO and drives structure, performance, and continuous improvement of UA teams to deliver quality service to underwriting and related property units.
The ideal candidate blends deep property knowledge with proven leadership of large, multi-location teams, driving change and partnering with senior underwriting leadership.
