Nursing Assistant-Certified Training ProgramAt Three Rivers Care (a Caldera Care facility), we are dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment that feels like home. Come join our amazing team.Three Rivers Care offers an onsite, 4-week Nursing Assistant-Certified (NAC) training program. The program is completely free, with tuition fully covered, including the application fee for a Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) license, Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC), and state testing fees.Students receive assistance with test preparation and hands-on skills lab training throughout the program. Those who successfully complete the course are offered a full-time position at Three Rivers Care.Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) employees earn $20.00 per hour and pay increases to $22.00 per hour once the NAC license is active.
