Full-time
$18.00 - 22.00 per hour
Main Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the store outlets with attention to detail
Manage resources including stock, staff, and sales efficiently
Recruit, train, and appraise staff to build a strong team
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly
Maintain financial and statistical records, manage budgets
Set and motivate staff to meet sales targets and maximize profitability
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
Prepare promotional displays and liaise with management
Provide opportunities for staff advancement and manage benefits
Skills & Qualifications
Strong commercial awareness and confidence
Excellent organizational, verbal communication, and teamworking skills
Resourceful with problem-solving abilities and initiative
Proficient in IT and numerical skills
Enthusiastic, accommodating, courteous, and friendly demeanor
Ability to set a good example and lead by example
