Internship OpportunityPegasus is seeking one intern to assist the management office with data entry, maintaining accurate spreadsheets/databases, filing, as well as a variety of clerical and general office duties that support both departments. Apply today!Responsibilities:Enters various employee data into spreadsheets and databases in an accurate and error-free manner.File documents into various locations i.e. employee files, DOT/FAA files, accounting files, etc.Scan and/or fax documents.Aiding with on-boarding and new-hire orientations.Compiles information and creates reports.Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and company information.Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Supervisor's and Manager's.Qualifications:Must be a NANA Shareholder and own stock in "NANA Regional Corporation, Inc."Must possess a valid Driver's LicenseMust be able to successfully complete a background investigation, including FBI fingerprints, criminal history and pre-employment drug testMust currently be enrolled in college or a technical vocational programDesired Qualifications:Must be computer literate and have a good working knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent oral and written communicationSelf-motivated team playerAbility to communicate effectively with all staff, applicants, clients, vendorsAbility to follow oral and written instructionsAbility to prioritize work and manager their timeAbility to work under stressful situations and tight time constraintsIntern Benefits:Compensation: depending on class level or experienceRoundtrip Airfare ProvidedHousingFood allowanceIf you have questions please contact Mamie Karmun, Manager Shareholder Programs at
