Your Role As a Store Manager
Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience. Provide personalized solutions for hair and beauty needs.
Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budgets, control expenses, grow sales, and handle inventory.
Ensure safety and security rules are followed to protect customers, staff, and assets.
Maintain a clean and attractive store appearance.
Qualifications To Be a Store Manager
At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
Self-motivated with a desire to learn, develop, and educate.
Must be 18 or older.
Passion for hair and beauty.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.
May be exposed to fumes, odors, and irritant chemicals.
