Clinical Role: Outpatient Only Schedule: Monday - Friday Geriatric/Medicare Advantage Patient Base Average Daily Census: 12-15
Full Staff: Physicians, NPs or Pas, Medical Assistants & Care Coaches Bilingual: English/Spanish Preferred
