Nathan Johnson For Texas Attorney General: Finance AssistantThe Nathan Johnson campaign for Texas Attorney General is hiring a Finance Assistant. The Finance Assistant is responsible for day-to-day fundraising program operations. This will be a full time position based in Austin, Texas and will involve travel around the state.ResponsibilitiesPrepare call lists in advance for call time, including research of donor giving history, contact information, and other relevant informationCoordinate with the finance team in maintaining databasesSupport list building, logistics, and staff fundraising eventsReport call time progress to leadershipRequirementsMust have access to a personal vehicleWillingness to work irregular hours including some nights and weekendsFamiliarity with Texas politicsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred experienceFundraising experience (campaign or nonprofit)Familiarity with any Numero, ActBlue, Google Sheets, and/or other data management and project management programs
