National Account Move Coordinator (Full-Time)
Position Description
About the position:
Manage national account moves from cradle to grave with regular communication with both account and customer.
Handle full customer service move process for national account customers including, but not limited to: telephone calls, emails, setting up files and paperwork, preparing estimates, move registrations, working with fleet and operations to schedule dates, request authorizations, set up 3rd party services, arranging debris pick-up.
This position does require direct contact with our customers, accounts and drivers.
Heavy interaction with account representatives via phone and email, as well as with the customer to make the customer experience easy and seamless.
Customer advocate throughout the move process.
Responsibility to maintain positive relationships with account representatives to encourage receipt of future opportunities.
Focus on quality is key throughout the process, as our customers get surveyed on their experiences and our survey scores determine the future opportunities that we receive.
Seeking someone who is self-motivated with strong communication and follow-up skills. Needs to be able to handle stressful situations.
Seeking an experienced moving professional interested in long-term employment to fill this position.
Available the first day of the month following first 30 days of employment (contributory)
