Key Responsibilities:
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients
Providing daily updates on open jobs
Acting as a liaison between technicians and clients
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Strong multitasking and communication abilities
Must be comfortable talking with clients and doing heavy email correspondence.
