Job description
LV Petroleum is seeking an experienced National Shop Manager to lead operations across multiple truck shops nationwide. This role requires extensive travel to train teams, support new store openings, stabilize operations, and drive performance improvements through hands-on leadership.
The ideal candidate will be a strong, practical leader who can assess operational needs quickly, coach teams, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure compliance with LV Petroleum standards.
