Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead nationwide Commercial Property & Casualty operations and drive standardized workflows across the brokerage. The role partners with Divisional and Regional leadership to elevate service delivery, optimize performance, and support strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in Commercial Lines operational leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC preferred.
