Job description

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director of US Field Medical Immunology - Rheumatology to lead a team of MSLs, RADs and RDs in Rheumatic Diseases. This field-based role drives scientific exchange and supports clinical trials in alignment with the US Medical Strategy.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of clinical/pharma experience including FM leadership, with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex medical programs across the US. Travel is expected.
