Job description

AbbVie in the United States seeks a National Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Director to establish strategy and lead the US Field Medical Team in a designated therapeutic area. This role reports to the TA Medical Lead and partners with Clinical Development and Integrated Brand teams to drive medical objectives and field initiatives.

The position requires at least 5 years of people management in pharma/biotech, advanced scientific credentials, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
