Job description
ARCO a Family of Construction Companies in Cincinnati seeks a Director of Business Development to pursue new clients nationally. You will build relationships, develop strategy, and lead the sales plan across markets, including design-build projects.
Travel up to 40% is expected as you expand ARCO’s footprint and win opportunities. Ideal candidates bring 5-10 years in development, distribution/industrial sales, and proficiency with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or Pipedrive.
