Job description
Bayer is seeking a National Account Director - Health Systems in the United States. You will drive sales and market growth within large health systems, IDNs, and organized customers, reporting to the Area Vice-President, Customer Engagement.
Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, collaborating with RADs and AGMs, and leading a team to exceed targets while staying aligned with formulary and reimbursement practices. Travel 25–50% regionally.
