Job description
Cahaba Medical Care Foundation is seeking a Project Director for STRIVE NEXT in Birmingham, AL. The role leads day-to-day operations across up to ten partner residency programs, turning the HRSA cooperative agreement into an active national coordinating hub.
Working with the Principal Investigator and the HIVE team, you will oversee partner relationships, federal deliverables, and grant-funded initiatives while guiding cross-program collaboration and sustainability planning.
