Job description
The Trust for the National Mall is seeking a Director of Operations and Outreach for the National Mall Gateway. This role leads day-to-day coordination, outreach, and operational delivery, translating strategic priorities into work plans, timelines, partnerships, and measurable outcomes with internal teams and external partners.
You will supervise staff, develop education partnerships, drive outreach and audience growth, and represent the Trust at educator conferences and stakeholder meetings.
