Job description
UnitedHealthcare is seeking a National Medical Director of Orthopedic and Musculoskeletal Programs to design, oversee and optimize clinical MSK initiatives that lower costs and improve outcomes. The role requires strategic thinking, clinical leadership and collaboration with executive stakeholders.
You will lead a small entrepreneurial team, guide data-driven decisions, and work across enterprise to implement care pathways and bundled authorizations. Remote work is available nationwide.
