Pharvaris is recruiting a National Account Director (NAD) to lead payer strategies and optimize market access for its oral bradykinin B2 receptor antagonists. The NAD will manage national payer accounts, develop strategic plans, and collaborate across market access, sales, and operations to ensure favorable coverage and formulary positioning.

The role requires extensive payer relationships, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel up to 65%.
