Job description
W.E. O’Neil Construction is seeking a National Director of Safety to elevate our national safety program across regions and operating companies. This executive role partners with executive leadership, operations, and field personnel to embed safety into daily operations and culture.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of construction safety leadership, deep OSHA knowledge, and a proven ability to lead multi-site initiatives, drive improvements, and report to the Board of Directors.
