Job description
The Dixon Group, a Chestertown, Maryland-based manufacturing company, is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead the outside sales team and drive revenue growth across the United States. You will work with cross-functional teams to meet customer demands and expand market share, with approximately 50% travel.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), 8+ years in sales with 5+ years in management within manufacturing, and a proven track record of meeting national targets.
