In this role you will be:
Helping dynamic, growing companies hire elite sales & marketing professionals. This requires a consultative selling approach and a strong drive to achieve excellence. At Sales Talent Inc., you will both recruit and strategically manage your own accounts. Daily, you will be interacting with sales leaders, HR professionals, and C-level leaders collaboratively to help them overcome their hiring challenge and hire elite teams.
Job Requirements
Prefer Bachelor’s Degree
3+ yrs track record of success in an outside sales, inside sales, or a recruiter role
Can pass a background check
Ability to thrive in a non-micro managed work environment
