Role Description
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing nationwide sales teams, analyzing sales data, and overseeing the sales operations. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with key clients, Managing Senior Regional Sales Managers, Independent Rep selection and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. Key placement in top 200 retail accounts of our launch of and See to view our product lines. We sell under the brands of Beautyrest, Nautica and Boyd Sleep. We sell Walmart, Costco, Amazon and many top brick and mortar accounts.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in sales strategy development and sales operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
Proficiency in analyzing sales data and reporting
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
