Job description
IQVIA is seeking a Training Manager to design and deliver comprehensive learning programs for Sales Professionals across the nation. You will enhance selling skills, product knowledge, and account management capabilities through field rides, virtual coaching, and live classroom sessions.
You will partner with Sales Leadership to identify training needs, monitor outcomes, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Travel 25–50% and a Bachelor’s degree are required for this role.
