Job description
Elite Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter / Trainer / On-Site Manager to lead national staffing initiatives, train local teams, and manage client onsite programs across the United States.
The role requires 3+ years in staffing, strong communication, and the ability to travel nationally. This is an on-site leadership position with a focus on building pipelines, onboarding temporary staff, and coordinating with client management.
