Technical Oversite & Engineering Integration: Review security engineered drawings, floor plans, riser diagrams, and electrical/civil packages. Coordinate with integration engineers programming ACS, VMS, IDS, and advanced sensing platforms.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients, general contractors, and corporate stakeholders, leading regular project status meetings and risk mitigation reviews.

Financial & Resource Controls: Oversee material staging, bill of materials (BOM), equipment inventories, change orders, red-line as-builts, closeout packages, and subcontractor billing verification.

Pre-Sales Collaboration: Partner with estimating and engineering to assist in scoping, bid reviews, and technical proposal development for complex expansions or new client deployments.
