Job description
KBR, Inc is seeking a Navy/Maritime Division Growth Lead to shape and drive the growth agenda across DoW, Navy/Maritime and USMC markets. You will manage pipeline, lead capture strategy, and coordinate cross-functional teams to win large contracts (> $250M) in a hybrid, national role.
Situated in Chantilly/Arlington VA or San Diego with 20–50% travel, this role requires Top Secret clearance or SCI eligibility, 15+ years of BD/capture experience, and a track record of executive-level engagement
