Serco Inc. is seeking a Program Operations Lead to support the US Navy Frigate Program Office (PMS 410) in the Washington, DC area.
You will lead a cross-functional team delivering data analytics, dashboards, and executive-level reports to enable informed decision-making across cost, schedule, and performance objectives. The role requires 5+ years of relevant program office experience, strong Power BI skills, and the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance.
